Business conditions - how to order
All prices are in EURO (€). Minimum order is 20 EURO.
Live plants are shipped worldwide except during winter. Seeds are shipped year round. Pygmy Drosera gemmae, hibernacula of temperate Pinguicula and Drosera, and Utricularia turions are shipped from autumn to winter. All plant material is cultivated and propagated under artificial conditions and are not wild collected.
Please send us your order by e-mail, fax or regular mail. Remember to include your contact information. Orders are processed in the order that they arrive, therefore order as soon as possible. Within an ace you will ensure a delivery of species on your order. Some items are available in very limited quantities and alternatives should be listed so that these may be shipped in case a sold out item is on your order.
Once your order has been received, we will
issue a proforma-invoice with information on the form of delivery and terms of
payment. We accept payment by mail order = credit cards (VISA, MasterCard),
PayPal, checks, bank transfer and IPMO. No COD’s. If you wish to pay by cash, you must
pay prior to shipment. All packages are shipped by registered air-mail
or EMS. Postage for
air-mail is about EUR 10-30; for EMS 30-60.
If required, we will issue phytosanitary/cites certificates for EUR
30. This is
recommended for larger orders. We have to add service fees plus exchange
rate loss 6.5% for an each order paid by PayPal or 4% for mail order
payments paid by credit card. The bank fees for wire transfer or checks are usually EUR
10.00 but
sender have to pay all bank’s charges on remittance.
You can speed up whole process by sending us:
1) your full contact (shipping) address
2) the way of payment you prefer (credit card, bank tranfer, etc.)
3) transparent list of ithems (ithem, numer of units, price); the best way how to do it is to copy the items from the recent price list, which you can find on our web sites.
We will calculate the postage according to the weight of your potential order.
All plants are shipped bare root, wrapped in living Sphagnum moss. Gemmae and hibernacula are wrapped in moist filter paper. We guarantee healthy arrival of plants shipped worldwide including the EU, Japan and the USA. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
